Rob Dull

Rob brings an extensive background in land planning, horticulture, and construction to Find The Line Studios. From his 20+ years of real-world experience, he is uniquely equipped with the skills developed by overseeing the installation of over 75% of his designs. His innate ability to identify the underlying opportunities and constraints on a project site enable him to develop design solutions that encompass not only the goals of the client, but also the function and form of the space.

An avid cyclist, Rob heads up the firms master planning efforts when it comes to outdoor recreation and biking projects. Rob has been a licensed Professional Landscape Architect in the state of North Carolina for over 10 years and also holds a Permaculture Design Certificate. He attended NC State studying Horticulture and Landscape Architecture from 1997 to 2001. Since then, he has been a part of a wide array of projects ranging from high-end residential to large-scale resort development to mixed-use commercial projects to dedicated mountain bike parks throughout the western hemisphere. His projects have included locations in NC, SC, TN, VA, St. Kitts, St. Vincent, Costa Rica, and beyond.

Rob has completed several workshops through the International Mountain Biking Association and is considered a leading consultant when it comes to trail-focused master planning in the region. Current projects include the first ride in/ride out mountain bike park development in Costa Rica as well as the largest free-ride bike park on a brownfield site in western NC. All of Rob’s projects have an underlying focus on sustainability and creating positive impact on the world.
